Grassroots Powsurf has been visiting the islands of Japan since our first trip there in 2014. We absolutely love the snow riding culture there and we’ve met so many amazing locals along the way who we hold dear.  Many of which we connect with each year and celebrate the joy of sliding sideways down mountains together. While a language barrier exists, the language of powsurfing and stoke is universal so in some ways we actually communicate on a higher level.

Our journey never disappoints and we are honored to spend time with such amazing people and humbled by their kindness and generosity. These inspiring vibes are contagious and we move forward with hearts full to pay them forward.
